This is the second bag I purchased. It got here extremely fast, considering the first one took a little bit longer. It did come in a little banged up, but it looks okay. I think they need to put their bags in crush-proof boxes. Unfortunately, for me, I did not realize how big an extra-large bag would be and I want to exchange the purse for the next size down. I had some issues with my first order, but it has been taken care of. I think that they were very kind in the end. I really love this purse. The raven couple how fitting for my darker side.
