We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery for:

✔ Unworn, unwashed items in original condition

✔ Orders with incorrect or defective items

🔹 Order Cancellation Policy :

Order cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders are automatically moved into production and cannot be canceled or refunded, as all items are handmade or custom-produced.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items:

❌ Personalized or custom-made items

❌ Gift cards & final sale items

💰 How to Request a Refund

1️⃣ Email support@printnest.co with your order number and reason for the refund.

2️⃣ If approved, ship the item back (return shipping is at your cost).

3️⃣ Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving your item.
